This is a genuinely social, tight-knit group. The “girls” culture is real here. Laughter at training. Support on game day. And friendships that extend well beyond the final siren. It’s a team where people feel comfortable being themselves, while still being challenged to grow and compete.

As a Women and Girls Charter Club, Cottesloe is putting real weight behind its women’s program. This isn’t talk. It’s action. The club is committed to increasing investment, opportunity, and visibility, with a clear goal of building the strongest women’s program in Perth. The Hens sit right at the centre of that ambition.
